Shipping and delivery

When it comes to delivery, we understand the need for speed. If we’ve got what you’ve ordered in our warehouses, we’ll aim to dispatch it within 24 hours and you will get them within 2-4 business days. And if we haven’t got it, we’ll arrange for your order to be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed during national holidays may not be processed in time. To your inconvenience, please forgive us.

We deliver globally and use several major international carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, TN and EMS. Delivery normally takes between 7-25 business days, depending on where you live.

  • It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.


Tracking Your Order

It’s easy to track your order, both while it’s been processed and once it’s been dispatched.

To check your order during processing, simply sign into your account.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with information on how to you can track it.




You may return your unopened or undamaged products within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. This can be done through order page directly or contact our support team. If the reason for return is not quality-related, the customers need to pay for the shipping cost.
